1. Introduction and acceptance of terms

Welcome to HireAjen. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the HireAjen platform, AI services, Ajen Credits, and related features.

By accessing or using HireAjen, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them alongside the information provided for the services you choose.

2. HireAjen AI services

HireAjen provides AI-assisted services through Ajens, with dedicated workspaces for instructions, tasks and business materials. Services may assist with activities such as sales preparation, follow-up, content creation and business administration, according to the capabilities available for the selected Ajen.

Ajens are AI services, not human employees. Available features depend on the selected service, account access and any required connection or approval. A feature described as “Coming Soon” is not an available service. Important external actions remain subject to the required customer approvals.

3. Account registration and responsibilities

Provide accurate registration information, keep your sign-in details confidential and use only accounts you are authorised to access. If you use HireAjen for a business, ensure you have authority to provide its instructions and materials.

You are responsible for reviewing the instructions you submit and the actions you approve. Report suspected unauthorised account access through the contact page. Do not share passwords or other secret credentials in support messages.

4. Ajen Credits, subscriptions, payments and refunds

HireAjen uses Ajen Credits for eligible services and offers plans and credit purchases as displayed on the platform. AI Team Conversation allowances are distinct from Ajen Credits. Review the applicable price, credit requirement and plan information before confirming a purchase or task.

This credit-validity policy does not change existing balances, allowances, subscriptions or payment arrangements. It does not promise a refund or introduce a new non-refundable purchase rule. If a purchase or charge appears incorrect, contact HireAjen with the relevant transaction reference, without including full payment details.

Ajen Credit validity policy

From 23 October 2026, new purchased top-up Ajen Credits are valid for 24 calendar months from the successful purchase date. New promotional and referral Ajen Credits are valid for 180 days from issuance. Credits are used in earliest-expiry-first order.

Existing legacy credit balances will retain their current entitlements and will not receive a retroactive expiry date under this policy. Subscription credit allowances will retain their applicable subscription-cycle validity. AI Team Conversation allowances remain separate from Ajen Credits.

An eligible credit restoration for verified failed work retains its original source. Unexpired credits retain their original expiry date. Eligible restorations of expired credits receive a 30-day grace validity period from the verified failure date; duplicate requests do not create extra credits or extend that period. This is a restoration of Ajen Credits, not a promise of a cash refund.

5. AI-generated content and limitations

AI-generated output can be inaccurate, incomplete, unsuitable or similar to output generated for others. Review and verify content before relying on it, sharing it or approving an external action. Check factual claims, permissions and suitability for your intended audience.

AI output is not a substitute for qualified legal, financial, medical or other professional advice. Do not assume that a draft, recommendation or generated result guarantees sales, revenue, regulatory compliance or any other business outcome.

6. Acceptable use

Use HireAjen lawfully and only with materials, accounts and data you are authorised to use. Do not use the platform for fraud, unlawful activity, harassment, abusive content, infringement or unauthorised access. Do not attempt to bypass security controls or interfere with the service.

For communications and campaigns, obtain the permissions and consent required for your intended use, respect opt-outs and review applicable channel requirements. Do not submit another person’s confidential information without authority.

7. Intellectual property

HireAjen’s branding, platform materials and third-party materials may be protected by intellectual property rights. Access to the service does not by itself grant ownership of those materials. Ensure that you have the necessary rights to upload, process and use the materials you provide.

Generated content may contain material requiring further rights checks. Review it before publication or commercial use; do not assume it is exclusive or free of third-party rights.

No new ownership transfer or licence is granted by these terms.

8. Service availability and termination

Service access may be affected by maintenance, technical interruptions and the availability of connected services. A connected service may have its own terms and access requirements. These terms do not establish a guaranteed uptime or support response time.

These terms do not create new termination powers or change existing account arrangements.

9. Liability and applicable law

Consider the limitations of AI-assisted services when deciding how to use an output or approve an action. These terms do not set a liability cap, exclude liability, require an indemnity or waive statutory rights.

No governing law, jurisdiction or dispute procedure is designated by these terms.
